QC Coordinator - Food Industry

Immediate opening for a QC Traceability Coordinator with a major food manufacturer in the Los Angeles area.Contract-to-hire position
Monday-Friday, 1st shift, 7am-3:30pmDuties & Responsibilities:

Oversee ingredient quality inspection that includes: Quality defects, sensorial testing, and code date reading

Build code date reports in Excel

Work with Receiving and Production departments to coordinate FIFO policy (First in first out)

Traceback ingredients

Conduct traceability auditsExperience:

High School Diploma

Requires basic experience in Quality Control

Must be computer literate (MS office -Word and Excel)
