QA Manager

The company’s headquarters are in Holliston, MA and is ISO 9001:2000 registered. We have an open position for a QA Associate or Manager, depending on skill level. REQUIREMENTS
The successful candidate will have the responsibility of leading our quality function in this manufacturing environment, ensuring that our quality system has the safeguards necessary for uniform, consistent operations. This individual will be responsible to continue to develop and install effective controls to continuously improve the overall quality of our product and work processes.
Job Description and Responsibility:

?Maintain, enhance and administer quality processes for our manufacturing operations.
?Maintain our existing Quality Management System to include all documentation
?Maintain our ISO 9001:2000 and ensure adherence to requirements.
?Manage the Internal Audit Program.
?Ensure Corrective/Preventive Actions documented on audit replies are implemented and are effective.
?Perform calibration verification of critical equipment as required.
?Identify, analyze and develop improvement ideas for efficiency and productivity.
?Experience with comprehensive vendor audits by customers.
?Some travel (less than 20%) will be required.

Required Skills and Experience:

?Bachelors Degree
?Minimum 3 years experience in QA position, preferably with some management experience.
?Experience working within ISO 9001:2000 standards
?Microsoft Office proficiency (Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint)
?Excellent Written and Oral communication skills.
?Ability to Multi-Task, Excellent Organizational Skills
?Previous Auditing experience preferred.
