Project Manager

Project Manager Job - Our client in Ecorse, MI has an opening for an Electrical Project Manager. The Project Manager conducts problem-solving investigations that require sound knoof engineering principles and project management practices, primarily in the arena of electrical and process control. The individual will be responsible for formulating detailed plans for investigations, interacting with the operating and other staff personnel as appropriate to execute the scope of the project/work requested. Will also be responsible for managing capital and cost projects, including identification of the business case, initial planning, developing scope, determining benefits, estimating cost and cost control; as well as supervision and direct engineering suppliers, contractors, manufacturers and study teams. Bachelors of Science in Electrical Engineering or Electrical Engineering Technology is required. A minimum of 5 years project management experience (preferably in the steel or heavy manufacturing industry) is also required. Salary commensurate with experience, comprehensive benefits package, and paid relocation are available for the right candidate.
