Job Summary:
Organize, plan, coordinate projects that result in business products, services or results.Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.1.Under general supervision, oversees multiple projects or one larger project that results in a business solution.
2.Responsible for all aspects of software development projects from conception through release.
3.Identify and communicate all necessary tasks, resources, dependencies, task durations, and costs.
4.Establish and update plans with forecasts and actuals.
5.Track risks and issues and escalate unresolved issues as appropriate.6.Ensure all deliverables are properly documented and available to other team members.
7.Familiar with system scope and technical components to effectively coordinate the activities of the team.
8.Coordinate with other departments as well as third party resources to ensure timely, quality delivery of all new development and enhancement efforts.
9.May be responsible for outsourced efforts and contract management.SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES:May lead or supervise others as assigned. REQUIREMENTS

1.Three to five years of project management experience or equivalent related experience
2.PMP certification is desirable; familiarity other process models such as MSF and Agile is desirable
3.Well-versed in project management methodologies and processes
4.High aptitude for problem solving
5.Self-directed and highly motivated
6.Supervisory experience is desirable
7.Gaming experience is desirableKnowledge/Skills/Abilities:
1.Thorough understanding of Software Design Life Cycle (SDLC) and leading edge technologies; Understanding of modeling and design software, development software, databases
2.Ability to work well with others in a team environment
3.Capable of coordinating efforts with members of a cross-functional team
4.Strong written, verbal, and presentation skills
5.Ability to work well with and mentor others in a team environment
6.Ability to multi-task and work independently with little or no supervisionEducation:
