PROGRAM MANAGER


JOB DESCRIPTION:


Manage complex assembly programs on a day-to-day basis.

Responsibilities include planning - shipment and inventory business models; forecasting - market outlooks; setting Kanban order points; Cost reduction programs; Quality and other technical aspects/engineering changes; Oversee
manufacturing process development; Work with sales and customers; Work with
Purchasing and Manufacturing to ensure that customer delivery requirements
are met; Introduce new products
REQUIREMENTS
JOB REQUIREMENTS:


Previous experience in program management
Must be familiar with all areas of machining and out-process operations.
Job Shop experience
Excellent verbal and written communication skills required
