Production Supervisor - Injection Molding - Automotive Supplier

Summit Polymers is an automotive supplier of injection molded interior trim, which specializes in the engineering, manufacture and assembly of feature based registers, consoles and trim panels. High performance, lean manufacturing, and full service product development assure Summit’s continued growth and success. We currently have a great opportunity to join our supervisory team in the Ford Supplier Park in south Chicago. We have several positions and shifts available in this UAW Union environment.

If you have a strong background in plastic injection molding and the ability to lead by example then we want you on our team. Person must be able to troubleshoot injection molding machines and meet production requirements. Ability to insure that Summit's training, safety, quality and personnel standards are met. Qualified candidates will meet our pre-employment testing standards plus have 3 years supervisory experience in injection molding and the ability to lead by example. Applicants must include salary requirements and/or history.
REQUIREMENTS
Previous production supervisory experience preferably in automotive and injection molding.
