Production Supervisor - Burr Ridge

Responsible for quality assurance, supervision, communication, and problem solving of multiple projects. Supervises ongoing and projected schedules and reports. Supervises Production Coordinators and contracts the activity of temporary staff.
Job Requirements

Required:
Must possess one of the following:
Bachelor's degree
Combination of college level courses and 2 years related experience
4 years related experience
2+ years' experience with Macintosh computers performing page composition
An intermediate level use of either PC or Macintosh computers and network server experience, a certification is preferred.
Experience using the following software is expected, a certification is preferred:
Illustrator
PhotoShop
PageMaker
InDesign
Proven ability prioritizing and meeting tight deadlines.
Well developed time management/organizational skills.
Must work well with others and have strong interpersonal skills.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Desired:
2+ years' experience with digital production standards and PC operating systems and software
2+ years' experience working in a multiple platform desktop publishing network environment
