Production Supervisor
Alto Dairy Cooperative is seeking a Supervisor for its PM Cheese Division Crew in Waupun.
This position requires working 4, 8, and 12 hour shifts with a 4-day weekend every other week and rotating holidays.
Responsibilities include performance appraisals, hiring, training, discipline and termination; maintaining time and attendance records; resolving production issues; and recommending, developing, and implementing measures to improve safety, production, efficiency, and quality. Strong math, communication, interpersonal, problem-solving, leadership, and computer skills are required. An Associate’s degree and three to six years of related experience is a plus.
