Production Supervisor - 2nd and 3rd Shift

Join the leader of direct selling of beauty products as a Production Supervisor in our manufacturing facility in Morton Grove, IL. The main responsibilities are to identify assembly thru-put and quality challenges-operational, mechanical, and personnel and execute corrective action, the daily supervision of 30 or more associates, and special projects as assigned. Supervisory duties include training, coaching, mentoring and daily evaluation of associate performance and attendance, and annual performance appraisals.
REQUIREMENTS
Bachelor’s Degree required1-5 years of related experience preferably working in a food, pharmaceutical or cosmetics industry or equivalent internship experience1-5 years supervisory experience or equivalent internship experience; 15 or more associates preferably in a manufacturing facilityMust be willing to relocate for future opportunities with AvonExcellent interpersonal and communication skillsStrong analytical and problem solving skillsDemonstrated coaching and development skills
