Production Superintendent

The Judge Group, INC. is currently in search of a Degreed Dairy Production Superintendent for a Large Fortune 500 Dairy Manufacturing Facility located in TN. Qualified Candidates will have 5 plus years of experience from within a Dairy Manufacturing Facility. Candidates with a Fluid Milk background are highly desired and will receive first consideration.
Responsibilities:
The selected candidate will be responsible for overseeing both
the second and third shift. He/She will report to the
production manager and must be willing to grow with the company. The Production Superintendent must be able to effectively supervise and direct a diverse work force, as well as possess excellent organizational skills. Would like to see someone with
working knowledge of dairy process systems, and experience on planning, scheduling, purchasing and cost analysis. As a production supervisor, this person will be responsible
for supervising employees on production and clean-up shifts. Will schedule production, order supplies, and materials, as well as foster good manufacturing procedures and worker safety. In addition, train, develop, and evaluate employees. This company offers
