The Production Specialist plays a key role on the Global Best Practices
Technology Services Team. The Production Specialist will be responsible for the
production of best practices and benchmarking content for the Global Best
Practices knowledge base (website).
Responsibilities of the Production Specialist:1. To work with the Benchmarking Team to develop new online benchmarking tools
and to maintain 20 existing online benchmarking tools. This includes the
definition of data elements, specification of input validations, development of
data collection forms, creation of business rules to calculate performance
measures, creation of report templates.
2. To act as subject matter expert (SME) of benchmarking data dictionary,
understanding relationships and dependencies within the benchmarking data
architecture.
3. To perform authoring and production tasks for all knowledge base content.
This includes the production of knowledge base documents and interactive tools.
4. To configure new frameworks/taxonomies for the knowledge base.
5. To utilize proprietary back office applications to support the operations of
the Global Best Practices operating unit, including user and subscription
management, administration of user authorization, etc.Global Best Practices® (GBP) is an operating unit of PwC’s Knowledge Services
