Production Manager / Plant Manager

Must have Wood Products Manufacturing background!
Production Manager / Assistant Plant Manager Outstanding company on the fast track. They have doubled in volume last year and plan on hitting 10 million this year. This Manager will oversee 60 hourly employees on two shifts, and 2 Supervisors for this “high volume” Wood Store Fixture Manufacturer. Will report directly to the President. Excellent growing, prosperous company with a path to advancement.

Must have Wood Products Manufacturing background!
Must have hands on experience as a Manager for a Wood Products Manufacturer. (The successful candidate will hopefully have 3+ years as a supervisor and 5+ years overall in Wood Products Manufacturing environment. Should have experience in most Wood Manufacturing equipment and materials including: CNC Point to Point, MDF, Melamine, Solids, Plywood, Chop, Moulders, Double End Tennoners, Saws, etc. and Numerous Wood Species. The successful candidate will be a real "go getter" that can make things happen without a lot of direction. Bilingual English/Spanish a plus
