Production Manager

Chromalloy an aerospace re-manufacturing company in the OKC metro area is seeking an experienced Production Manager for our third shift production operations. Responsibilities include productivity, TAT, quality assurance, process improvement and cost control to meet customer and company goals.

Preference will be given to candidates with aircraft component repair, ISO, Lean Manufacuring and/or Cell manufacturing experience.

REQUIREMENTS
Qualifications:
A minimum of eight years experience in a quality oriented manufacturing environment with five years in a managerial role.
Skill in evaluating organizational operations as they relate to Company goals, policies, cost, Company goals and objectives.
Demonstrated skill in exercising high degree of initiative, judgment, and decision making to achieve organizational objectives
Ability to read and understand technical documents
