Production Lead

Production Lead - Assumption, IL Popcorn and oil manufacturing facility has an opportunity for a Production Lead.

This position is a new position and would report to the production supervisor. The scope of this position would be to learn and accept many of the floor responsibilities of the shift supervisor. These tasks would include mixing of oils, overseeing of line operation and efficiencies and general maintenance and line problem solving. The candidate would need to be strong mechanically and be able to accept leadership responsibilities.
REQUIREMENTS
Strong mechanical, leadership and communication skills. Must be able to jump in and take on responsibility. Positive, can-do attitude a must!
