We are looking for professional and energetic individuals with a strong work ethic and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment to join our team. We currently have several full-time and part-time opportunities available. Position Title:

Production Associate
Duties:
Unitizes original client documents
Operates high speed scanners
Operates high speed copiers
Uses self-developed software to navigate through electronic quality control of work procedures
$8.50-10.00/hr to start

Position Title:

Back Office Technician
Duties:
Spot-check projects/boxes which flow from Production. Check for numbering or image errors/anomalies
Modify/manipulate data to fill a variety of functions blowbacks, load file creation, PDF-to-Tiff extraction, etc.
Produce client discs based on project specifications in Project Design
Convert/repair other vendor load files into Encore standard builds
Process OCR and image branding through Job Processor
Research/resolve image compression issues
Have a thorough understanding of Encore standard page-level and doc-level files
Understand 'search-and-replace' criteria
Strong working knowledge of basic PC functions and Windows environment
MUST BE DETAIL ORIENTED, VERY ORGANIZED
$10.00-$12.00/hr to start

Position Title:

Software Technician
Duties:
Is able to learn and use company software to process electronic data
Reviews reports to determine basic characteristics such as origin and report flow, format, frequency, distribution and purpose or function of report.
Confers with persons originating, handling, processing, or receiving reports to identify problems and to gather suggestions for improvements.
Is comfortable working with databases such as excel and access
Identifies administrative needs and develops appropriate solutions or recommendations.
Is proficient using Microsoft Office software
Gathers and organizes information on problem or procedures, including present operating procedures.
Analyzes data gathered, develops information, and considers available solutions or alternate methods of proceeding.
Assesses work processes to ensure functional or project systems are applied and functioning as designed.
Consults with management and reviews project proposals to determine goals, time frame, procedures for accomplishing project, and allotment of resources.
Identifies project deliverables, milestones, and required tasks.
Coordinates and responds to requests for changes from original specifications.
Develops and maintains project documentation.
$10.00-$15.00/hr to start

Minimum Qualifications:
High School Diploma/G.E.D. and/or equivalent experience
Must be detail-oriented
Computer, Quality control, Copy Operation, and Scanning skills preferred
Litigation technology industry experience a plus
