Production Asscociate

Oldcastle Glass Indianapolis is part of CRH, the largest glass fabrication group in the country with over 45 locations spread throughout the U.S. and Canada. We are conveniently located on the northwest side of Indianapolis at 86th and I-465.

The Customer Service Rep will process all customer related information in accordance with daily order entry cut-off times.
Will work with AS400, Lotus Notes, Microsoft Word & Excel.
Responsibilities include keeping the customer informed regarding order status, pro-active sales, delivery status, technical information, production capabilities, some price quotes, general pricing information, and credit/debit and product return information.

REQUIREMENTS
<Must have experience using proper telephone etiquette.
Must possess good verbal and written communication skills as well as basic computer experience.
Requires a strong mathematical aptitude for calculating fractions, numbers, and decimals and ability to accurately use tape measure
Other desirable capabilities include organizational skills, ability to problem solve, self-motivation, and ability to work independently and prioritize work in a fast-paced environment.
