Relocation Paid: YesPosition Description:The Terre Haute mill is currently seeking a Maintenance Process Manager.
The Terre Haute mill is a union facility of 180 people located
approximately 65 miles west of Indianapolis, Indiana. The qualified
individual will provide first level of exempt salaried supervision of
mechanical, electrical, and instrument personnel. Responsibilities
will also include coordinating the maintenance functions to maximize the
effectiveness of maintenance budgets and the reliability of equipment.
The qualified individual would be expected to get results through
leading flawless execution of the Manufacturing Work System (MWS), and
by driving Reliability Best Practices into the day to day business
conducted within the Maintenance Department.Competencies: Managerial Courage, Functional Technical Skills, Conflict
ManagementThe position level for this vacancy will be applied according to the
career ladder (11-13).
