Process Engineer

We seek an experienced Process Engineer to join our thermal films manufacturing facility located in Addison, IL. In this role you will recommend and oversee technical process improvement projects that focus on maximizing productivity and efficiency capabilities in production. Monitor daily utilizations and focus on reducing scrap. Partner with the plant management team to troubleshoot technical problems and improve existing processess.

REQUIREMENTS
The ideal candidate will have Bachelors Degree in Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or Polymer Engineering. Master's degree preferred. Must have a minimum of three years of process engineering experience in a fast paced, continuous manufacturing environment. Previous experience related to resins, films and or plastics manufacturing is preferred.
