Polywood Fabrication Inc. is a fast paced work environment in which we produce high quality custom made Polywood Shutters. We are looking for reliable, ambitious, permanent people. 1st & 2nd shift Production /Packaging (full-time) 1st shift starting wage $9.50 per hr and 2nd shift starting wage $10.00 per hr. Qualified applicants should be able to: * Lift 25#'s consistently * Work (4) 10 hour days (Monday-Thursday) * Available for Overtime * Read a ruler * Stand for long periods of time 1st & 2nd shift Lead People (full-time) Compensation based on proven experience. Qualified applicants should have or be: * STRONG TEAM PLAYER * Experience in a manufacturing setting * A professional "can-do/yes we can" attitude * Quality orientation and attention to detail * Problem solving ability * Proven communication skills at all levels * Ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines and work under pressure * Ability to manage multiple priorities * Available for Overtime * Read a ruler * Stand for long periods of time. Packaging Department (part-time) Hours between 3:00 p.m. and 10:00 pm. Qualified applicants should be able to: * Must be able to lift 25#'s consistently. * Work on a 3 person team * Attention to detail * Work under pressure * Meet deadlines For all employees we offer 30 hours Paid Personal Time after probationary period is completed. Earned paid Vacation depending on start date. Insurance after probationary period is completed. ***New for 2007*** 40 hours Unpaid Personal Time after probationary period is completed.
