Plant Support Polymer Chemist

This position will be a member of our R&D organization and have extensive interaction with our Louisville production facility. Responsibilities include optimization of material recipes for plant scale-up, troubleshooting production problems, and assisting in product development projects.
REQUIREMENTS
A BS with emphasis on polymer chemistry is required; MS in polymer chemistry preferred. A minimum of three years’ experience as a process chemist or plant support role is critical. The ideal candidate must have a background or experience in emulsion polymerization and have demonstrated skills in data collection, analysis, and problem-solving.
