Plant Superintendent

Glen-Gery Corporation, a leading brick manufacturer, has an immediate opening for an experienced manufacturing professional at our Des Moines, Iowa Area Plant.
Functions and Responsibilities include:
•Assure a safe environment complying with all policies and regulations
•Maintain quality production with a continuous improvement philosophy
•Provide leadership, motivation and direction to operations
•Efficient and timely production within budgetary commitments
•Maintain good relationships among all employees
REQUIREMENTS
Qualified candidates will have 5-10 years of manufacturing management experience, preferably in the masonry construction products industry, with a college degree preferably in engineering. This position has high visibility and the candidate must be willing and able to assume greater responsibilities in the near future.
