Carmeuse North America will provide you with a full relocation package to Butler, KY, a family-oriented suburban community 40 minutes south of Cincinnati, OH, with affordable housing. Use your previous Plant Management experience in a heavy industrial manufacturing environment to bring in new ideas and findings to continuously improve efficiency and production. You will have the team and the tools necessary to prepare and execute your budget, participate in the coordination of repairs during outages to maintain a safe and effective flow of work to reduce downtime, conduct inspections, communicate with and counsel employees on job specifics and safety-related matters. Your industry background in manufacturing related to cement, steel, or refractory will allow you to administer work rules and safety regulations. You will participate in safety training to ensure that preventive action is taken to avoid nonconformities relating to product, process or the quality system. REQUIREMENTS


Required Skills/Experience:

Bachelor of Science Degree in Engineering, Business or related field;
5+ years Plant Manager experience in heavy industrial processing/manufacturing environment (cement industry preferred or paper mills, steel, refractory) - previous exp as department or superintendent for larger facilities would also be a fit;
Positive & proactive attitude with ability address issues & look in and implement solutions;
Demonstrated ability to assess organizational & people issues, provide coaching and mentoring, and deliver solutions that improve facility performance;
Demonstrated ability to take initiative, strong organization and prioritization skills;
Strong communication and interpersonal skills;
Understanding of basic workings of plant equipment – mechanical/electrical exposure;
Detail & process oriented with strong problem resolution abilities.
