Plant Mgr

Responsible for managing entire production operation including Plant Engineering, Quality Control and Shipping. Conducts/schedules training of workforce as required. Ensures company guidelines/policies are adhered to.
Responsible for development of maintenance supply budget while ensuring equipment reliability goals are achieved.

Responsible for implementation of spoilage/productivity control activities.

Manages production of customer product on a timely basis per schedule.

Responsible for ensuring quality systems are in place and comply with customer specifications.

Responsible for overseeing environmental and safety compliance.
Plant Manager - Reclamation.

Responsible for entire plant operations.

Leads the safety process directing all safety functions, policies and procedures.

Responsible for 30+ Union Hourly Employees and 3 Supervisors.

Must have demonstrated leadership experience.

Responsible for operating efficiencies, training, inventory and maintenance.

Prepare and submit reports as required.
