Responsible to coordinate with Directors of manufacturing, plant managers & platform leaders the Planned Maintenance processes & systems essential to produce sustainable results. This role is responsible for the best practice definition and implementation of Planned Maintenance systems across ConAgra Foods 124 sites. This role helps define the customer requirements for all remaining pillars and helps lead implementation with the line operations leaders in the plants. Defines improvement plans & manages implementation issues as support to line leadership.Defines the Planned Maintenance systems, processes and metrics to deliver $225MM in savings over the next 4 years.
Defines all Planned Maintenance best practices and owns key methodology to change to a zero loss culture.
This role will be instrumental in implementing systems to drive 85% OEE, eliminate 90% of minor stops, 90% break-down reduction and increase mean time between failure by 200%.
Leads the network team for Planned Maintenance to ensure standard practices, reapplication of emerging learnings, calibration of approach and effectiveness of processes.
Ensure effective documentation & system ownership for all standard practices in Planned Maintenance.
Will support the autonomous maintenance processes integration into CPS and piloting process across the 6 technology platforms. Ultimately this will involve 80%+ of the plants supporting 20,000 employees.
Ensures resourcing and urgency in approach in execution
Provides leadership & coaching for PM specialists necessary to drive rapid results through break-down elimination, the 6 steps of planned maintenance, support of AM, reapplication of proven technical solutions, resolution of chronic failures, system approaches to plant infrastructure :compressed air, water, electrical, lubrication.
Leverages Pillar resources to grow capability to deliver sustaining results
Ensures the development of internal resource capability with-in platform & plants
Personally qualifies in all daily operation processes.
Key change agent for CI results achievement and glide path resultsProven technical leader with significant TPM experience preferred

BS Engineering or Equivalent
