Strong Lehigh Valley based company seeks AS or BS degree in technical discipline combined with 2+ years supervisory experience in a lean manufacturing environment. Your responsibilities will include monitoring of quality and safety and ensuring that production goals are met for your shift.

Experience with machining operations and strength in CNC programming are must requirements.

The position is located in the Lehigh Valley area of eastern Pennsylvania (Allentown, Bethlehem, Easton).

Generous paid relocation available if required.
