PROCESS ENGINEER - CHEMICAL

A growing, profitable pharmaceutical manufacturer is seeking an ambitious chemical engineer, with process/production experience in pharmaceutical or organic specialty chemicals manufacturing to provide Process Engineering support and supervision to production in its' state of the art manufacturing facility.

- Process optimization and unit troubleshooting
- Oversee plant operations
- Data collection and tracking.
- Operating procedure changes, P&ID configuration control.
- Misc. overhead support of facility.
REQUIREMENTS
BS degree in Chemical Engineering required.
Must have 2-7 years process/production experience in a pharmaceutical,API, or fine/specialty batch chemicals production environment.
There is more than one opening so this could be a day only job or night shift. Candidate should be willing to consider working night shift in production supervision.
Must have excellent communications skills
Knowledge of cGMP and FDA requirements big plus
Candidates must be either US Citizen or Possess a Permanant Resident Green Card.
Candidates should be local to California
No international relocation considered.
