Operations Manager, Technical Services

The Tech Services Department is comprised of the following disciplines, Animation's Figure Finishing, Sound and Video, and Engineering. In this position you will be responsible for the daily overall activities of the Technical Services Department.Responsibilitis in this role will include:
Coordinate the activities of technicians engaged in the setting up, installing, repairing, and maintaining electrical, electronic, mechanical, hydraulic and pneumatic equipment and repair of related equipment.
Ensure that the appropriate management is notified regarding their area of responsibility - file a daily report of activities during park operating hours.
Maintain a documentation system for all activities
Coordinate all dealings with other departments - this includes informing other departments of repair status of any equipment.
Set direction of assignment to tech services personnel with attention being paid to repair priorities, skill level, and documentation of assigned and completed tasks - regular review of dispos.
Immediately notify tech services management of any emergency condition~HJ~
REQUIREMENTS
Qualifications: Basic Qualifications:
General knowledge in one or more of the following areas: mechanical, electrical, pneumatics or electronic
A proven track record of at least three years experience overseeing the day to day operations associated with a theme park, maintenance department or a high speed and continuous process manufacturing facility
Literate with MS Office products
A mimimum of two years education at a college or universityEligibility Requirements:
Must have a flexible schedule including weekends and eveningsDesired: Excellent verbal and written communications skills
Self-starter able to handle multiple tasks concurrently
A take charge attitude
Ability to coordinate A high volume of work and maintenance activities
Proven leadership skills
Highly organized
Experience in Maintenance Management Systems desirable
