We currently have an opening for an Opera- tions Service Center Manager in both Pratt, Kansas and North Sioux City, South Dakota. This position is respon- sible for the operations of the entire service center, including hiring and training personnel; managing the facility; establishing and main- taining safety and work standards; ensure quality preparation and certification of equipment before it leaves the facility; and cost control. This position will also re- evaluate systems and processes of the facility and make necessary improvements for maximum efficiency. The ideal candidate will possess the following skills sets: Excellent communica- tion and problem solving skills Sound knowledge of farm equipment and maintenance Excellent management and team building skills Strong organizational skills At least 7 years experi- ence in Agriculture management Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite Web ID Code: WE2546672
