OPERATIONS FIELD SUPERVISOR

The nation’s largest provider of medical transportation services has an immediate opening for an Operations Field Supervisor at its Burlingame location.


The Operations Field Supervisor will provide leadership and direction to the field staff to fulfill the American Medical Response mission and “total patient care” concept. Promote a positive environment for employee relations through teamwork and peer driven excellence; reinforce constructive and professional relationships. Responsible for day-to-day operations which may include staffing, scheduling, ensuring maintenance of equipment and supplies, internal communications, budgetary considerations, outside agency interface, and community relations.
REQUIREMENTS
The successful candidate must have a minimum of 3 years field experience as a Paramedic. Current valid State of California Paramedic License with the ability to obtain San Mateo County Accreditation. Valid California Driver's License and driving record in compliance with AMR’s policy regarding insurability. Must have Ambulance Driver Certificate and Medical Examiner's Certificate. Excellent written and interpersonal communication skills. Previous supervisory and/or training experience preferred. Working knowledge of the Incident Command System preferred.
