Mig welder

Purpose: A company located in Shakopee has partnered with Aerotek and is looking to hire a full time mig welder. This company works on refurbishing larger trucks using aluminum and steel.

Job Responsibilities:

This person needs to have 3-5 years of experience in mig welding on aluminum and steel. This person will be working with aluminum 70% of their time and steel 25% of their time. This person will also be working with fabricating, about 25% of their time, and will need to have their own tools, mostly larger air tools, and welding helmet. Painting or sandblasting experience is a huge plus and will increase starting wage.
