Metrologist

Purpose: A growing Pharmaceutical Company in Chicago is looking for Metrologists. These individuals will contribute to a team in an R&D environment. Aerotek has been the proven provider for this company over the last years consistently providing long-term, career opportunities for various levels of cadidates with strong Laboratory backgrounds.

Metrologists in this group will be mainly responsible for the maintenance and calibration of analytical instrumentation. Working with a variety of electronics interfaces and instrumentation, these individuals will work hands-on with test and calibration equipment on a daily basis. Strong chemistry knowledge is desired due to the nature of the environment and application of the instrumentation.

This is a strong opportunity to recieve proper, hands-on training in the growing Pharmaceutical market and is a great opportunity to begin with a growing company. This is a contract position slated to run through the end of the year and through January with a potential for overtime as well as long-term employment.

Pay range is $11-15 an hour, dependant upon experience. Performance can provide proportionate pay increase.
