Eastside Indianapolis media manufacturing company of CD’s and DVD’s is in search of an experienced 2nd shift supervisor. This person will have proven experience in a high volume, light hand assembly and packaging environment and have the ability to directly supervise 15-30 people. The ideal candidate must have proven people skills and experience as a “hands-on” manager. Must have in-depth understanding of productivity and quality measurement systems.

This is a salaried position, which entails 45-50 hours per week including some weekends. Candidates with a degree in manufacturing, management, or related field preferred.
