Manufacturing Business Coordinator




Advanced Technology Services (ATS) employees provide professional, comprehensive technical services to an impressive customer base, specializing in fields of industrial services and information technology.

This position is located in the northwest Arkansas area.



In the position, you will be responsible for maintaining the site's maintenance system, performing administrative duties for the computerized maintenance management system (CMMS), call management, work order tracking, inventory data, and historical data, directing and executing the site's proactive maintenance program, administering the computerized maintenance management system (CMMS) and interfacing to corporate Information Services (IS); managing the processes of call management.

You will also be responsible for preparing site maintenance performance data in 4-up charting format as required for site reporting, developing, maintaining, and continuously improving the program for preventive maintenance on equipment, scheduling all planned maintenance activity at the site, managing site's spare parts inventory, including weekly monitoring of inventory, controlling budget accuracy, turns, and other inventory management measurements.

Successful candidates will possess the following qualifications:
Bachelors Degree Required or equivalent education and experience
Minimum of 3 years of manufacturing experience
Must have strong math skills
