Manual Vertical Lathe Machinist

Purpose: An established machine shop on the south side of Chicago is currently hiring for a manual vertical lathe machinist.


The requirement for this position are as follows:

Able to machine parts up to 160 inches in diameter on afternoon/night shift.
Understand detailed blueprints and work to close tolerances
Familiar with Rafamet/Bullard VTL?s.
Have own tools.
Pass a pre employment drug screen.
