Charlotte area manufacturing and distribution company has an immediate opening for a Manager of Quality Assurance. Salary is commensurate with experience. The company has excellent benefits, including a medical plan and employer-matched 401K plan.Duties and Responsibilities
•Facilitate cross-functional teams to implement improvement projects
•Develop Quality Management Programs (e.g., supplier quality, process auditing, training programs, etc)
•Identify & implement key metrics
•Establish vision for corporate quality & champion the efforts
REQUIREMENTS
Requirements
•4-year degree (Engineering degree and ASQ Certification preferred).
•Gemba Kaizen and/or Six Sigma experience preferred
•Experienced with problem solving tools, statistical analysis, measurement system studies, and process capability analysis
