Manager - Quality Assurance

A new position has opened up for experienced Quality Assurance professionals. To be eligible, you must have extensive experience tracking and resolving issues regarding product complaints. Additionally, YOU MUST HAVE EXPERIENCE DEVELOPING, REVISING, OR IMPLEMENTING A SYSTEM TO MONITOR CUSTOMER COMPLAINTS AND INQUIRIES.Duties:
Manage the customer complaint system to determine trends and report that information to management.Support sales management and customers to develop resolutions to issues.
Manage the OOS investigations.
Manage the daily operations of 3-5 QA Specialists.
The QA Specialist is responsible for coordinating complaints investigations to assure handling in a manner that satisfies customer and regulatory requirements. This position is also responsible for monitoring incoming product occurrence reports for trends and alerting management, and evaluating effectiveness of corrective actions identified to address the root cause.Salary for this position is $50k-$70k (highly dependant on experience).REQUIREMENTS:
Bachelor or Master degree in Life Sciences.
At least 3 years of experience in QA/QC supporting customer complaints and product investigations.
Extensive experience developing, revising or implementing a system to monitor customer complaints and inquiries.
