Reporting to the Director of Marketing, the Global Communications Manager will provide Product Marketing and Marketing Communications Services.

Develop marketing communications strategies and campaigns to support strategic objectives and maximize brand awareness
Define collateral, PR, advertising, web, training, and promotional needs
Develop marcom tools to support product launches, industry events, acquisitions, and other initiatives
Manage all aspects of projects including message and project definition, collateral development, vendor identification and project supervision
Continually measure and evaluate the success of communications strategies
Manage collateral materials and department budgets
Facilitate communication among all departments and contributors
Develop, implement, and coordinate the business unit’s trade press and public relations
Develop company and product messages; write and direct the production of special communications projects
Assist product managers with placement of articles in business publications, newspapers, and web sites
Edit and produce speaker presentation materials
Work with Product Managers to maximize PR opportunities for their product lines
Develop strategies and manage execution of industry trade events
Manage and support the development and execution of corporate profiling tools and campaigns, such as brochures, special events, annual reports, gifts, etc
Contribute to the development and implementation of corporate-wide communications strategy
Lead communications efforts to reinforce, promote and educate audiences on the Littelfuse brand
Maintain and manage compliance of corporate brand standards
Manage graphic design resources to update and create product bulletins, catalogs, and other marketing collateral
Manage resources to develop technical presentations for use by sales staff and reps.
Manage development of web site content
Manage marketing specialist resources to provide marcom assistance with trade shows, special events, collateral development, promotional items, web content, and sales support
REQUIREMENTS
The accomplished individual will possess…
10 years (min) as a motivated and experienced marketing professional, B to B experience in electronics industry preferred
Bachelor’s Degree, Marketing (MBA preferred)
Asian market experience required
Proficiency in Word, Excel, Power Point, Access, Microsoft Project, InDesign, Photoshop
Exceptional written and verbal communications skills, proven ability to develop and execute marketing strategies
Solid technical aptitude, creativity, project management skills
Solid business aptitude with proven track record of creating solid ROI
Good problem solving skills, ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently, and good follow through skills

Up to 25% travel to Asia and Europe
