Manager FootJoy Hosiery Operations

Acushnet Company, home to the leading brands in golf (Titleist, FootJoy and Cobra Golf) has an exciting opportunity for a proven Operations/Product Manager as the Manager FootJoy Hosiery Operations Worldwide. In the is position you will be responsible for worldwide hosiery Research & Development based on hosiery requirements input from Sales and Marketing groups; responsible for worldwide hosiery operations that will seek out and develop/qualify sock suppliers that will produce the required hosiery meeting quality and pricing targets in the most efficient and effective supply chain possible; responsible for hosiery product playtesting to ensure product meets performance requirements; responsible for suppliers to produce required hosiery in a timely manner meeting forecasts/purchase orders developed by the Operations & Logistics group; ensure hosiery suppliers comply with the Acushnet Company Supplier Citizenship Policy; and work with Quality group to ensure that hosiery products meet all Acushnet/FootJoy quality standards and specifications.

REQUIREMENTS
The qualified candidate will possess a Bachelors Degree in Business Administration or related field; minimum of 4 years of business experience within textiles (hosiery preferred) is required; experience in purchasing international textiles is preferred; international travel experience (Far East travel preferred) helpful; excellent communication skills both verbal and written required.
