Maintenance Electrician

Purpose: Our candidate will be working for a tool and manufacturing company who needs a electrician which lasts until Dec. 1st or a little later. Our candidate will be designing, installing and repairing electrical systems, apparatus, and electrical and electronic components of industrial machinery. It is a great project to be a part of to gain valuable experience on many different aspects which in turn will make you a more diverse electrician.

The essential duties and responsibilities include:

Installs power supply wiring and conduit for machines and equipment

Experience with punching and stamping machinery is essential

Diagnose malfunctioning apparatus such as transformers, motors, and lighting fixtures and repairing damaged wire.

Replace faulty electrical components

Knowledge of operations and HVAC and chilling systems

pushes buttons and pressed keys on robot controller and programmable controller to program automated machinery

Diagnose and replace faulty mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic components of machines and equipment.
