We are in the process of adding associates (System Operators) to our production department on 2nd and 3rd shift.

The skills learned at Butler-MacDonald are unique and offered by only a handful of other firms in the world. If you are willing to learn, we can provide a challenging environment with an ability to grow. As is safety, quality control is part of everyone’s job and plays a vital and integral role in every step of our process.


The starting Pay Rate is $10.50 for 2nd or 3rd shift

.50 per hour quarterly increases are available for the 1st year and Annual increases thereafter.

REQUIREMENTS
As a System Operator you will be responsible for these essential functions:

*Keeping accurate, hand-written paperwork

*Safely and proficiently operating a forklift throughout the shift

*Learning and understanding our mechanical processes in order to run a production system from set up to shut down and everything in between.

*Verifying quality levels by visual inspection, weighing and mathematical equations

*Striving to achieve beyond average

*Committing to maintain great attendance

*Manually handling material up to 65 pounds

*Working on your own and with others
