We are seeking experienced, skilled individuals to join us as Welders.

JOB SUMMARY:

Responsible for precision operations on complex machines. You will set up and operate all manual equipment. Build operating programs and run computer controlled production machines. Set up programs for other Operators and troubleshoot problems.

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE:

High School Diploma or equivalent. Position requires 3-5 years of production experience. Need to have good communication including ability to persuade others in securing cooperation and/or resolving problems. Need to be able to work in team environment and demonstrate flexibility, adaptability and dependability. Need to be able to cope with stressors and demands that are associated with the job and/or the work environment so that acceptable and defined levels of performance are maintained.
