MACHINE OPERATORS

CD/DVD manufacturing company located in SW Charlotte has immediate openings for Machine Operators in its Replication, Packaging and Printing departments.This is a 24/7 operation. Hourly pay rates and excellent benefits.Duties and Responsibilities:- Efficiently operate machines to meet or exceed production demands.
- Understand and execute all of the standard operating procedures.
- Monitor, measure and report actual machine output vs. expected.
- Ensure that orders are setup and produced as required on work orders.
- Follow all safety guidelines and procedures.
REQUIREMENTS
- High school graduate or equivalent
- Able to follow instructions with attention to detail
- Willingness to continually learn to run new processes and take on new tasks
- Must be English literate
- Able to work 6-6 am/pm or pm/am or 7-7 am/pm shifts, 4 days on, 4 days off
- Able to excel in a measured environment
- Post offer/Pre-Employment drug testing and criminal background check REQUIRED
- All applicants must pass skills test
