Logistics Agent - Materials Grief

In this role, you will resolve inbound receipt-related issues in coordination with our logistics partner CLS. The position will serve as an informal ‘pre-receipt inspection’ to ensure all required documentation is present and correct thereby streamlining the receiving process. Collection of data will be crucial to provide feedback & visibility to both organizations, and ultimately enable root-cause investigations, leading to reducing/eliminating major issues.
REQUIREMENTS
Bachelor degree or 2 years similar related experience. SAP inventory systems experience required (minimum 6 months). Liaise with internal and external customers to investigate & resolve issues as they arise. Interpersonal skills necessary to establish and maintain effective working relationships with co-workers: other business areas. Effective organizational skills to plan, prioritize, and execute current processes. Working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications: (Excel) Attention to detail and ability to execute systems processes correctly, repeatedly. Work well with minimal supervision following clear guidelines or general directions. Effective organizational skills to plan, prioritize, and execute current processes. Superb verbal and written communication skills.
