Leonard's Metal, Inc. Wichita Division, is growing. We are now accepting applications/resumes for the following positions:
CNC Mill/ Router Operators: Minimum of 2 years aerospace experience including performing your own setups. Blueprint reading and use of precision measuring equipment required. Forklift certification preferred. Frequent lifting up to 50 lbs
Lineup/ Handformers: 1-2 years previous aircraft sheet metal experience, blueprint reading experience, ability to use measuring tools
Manufacturing Planner/Programmer: Two years of directly related manufacturing planning or programming experience in a sheet metal manufacturing environment. Experience and knowledge of Optimation software, TekSoft, or MasterCam and Microsoft Office applications required. A general knowledge of tooling and equipment used to manufacture sheet metal hydro-form parts are also required. Prefer CATIA experience with knowledge of Allen Bradley and FADAL controllers.
Manufacturing Engineer: Degreed engineer with two years directly related experience in a closely related industry. Must possess a strong working knowledge and understanding of Lean principles.
Production Supervisor: Minimum of two years supervisory experience required in aerospace sheet metal production, preferably in a process-oriented operation. Strong teambuilding, communication and organizational skills required. Must possess a strong working knowledge and understanding of Lean principles.
