Lean Manufacturing Manager

This Primary function will be to train and lead teams in the pursuit of a safe work environment, quality, customer satisfaction, and productivity improvement.is for one position only. .This position will deploy Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma techniques in driving continuous improvement, cost savings and lead-time reduction in all areas of the company. Specific responsibilities will be to drive a culture of productivity by implementing Lean Manufacturing techniques including: 5S, Total Productive Maintenance, visual factory/controls, value-stream mapping, Kaizen, Kanbans, and set-up reduction. Responsibilities will include teaching the principles of Lean Manufacturing and guiding employees on successful implementation into our business processesJob Requirements
Prior experience (2 years minimum) teaching lean manufacturing principles. Demonstrated success in facilitating Kaizen events, resulting in cycle time or cost reduction. Bachelors degree in engineering or manufacturing engineering preferred. Excellent oral and written presentation skills. Ability to foster comprimise between internal organizations. Ability to foster and sustain employee involvement. Ability to teach, mentor, coach, and motivate employees.
