Leaderman

Purpose: Qualified candidates will be supervising the projects that are going on in and around the dry dock. Candidates will be supervising the steel workers (welders, fitters, fabricators) and making sure that the projects are completed in a timely fashion. This person will also be involved with creating the budget and assist in keeping projects under cost.

Interview will consist of an initial phone screen (if out of town), then a personal interview with Human Resources, then a personal interview with, the Foreman over the Steel Dept.

There are 4-7 openings for these positions.
