LEAN MANUFACTURING COORDINATOR
Lean Implementation - Fabrication and Assembly

Provide leadership and project management within the entire facility for the implementation of Lean Manufacturing (Toyota Production Systems) and Continuous Improvement Programs. Lead, facilitate and train Managers, Supervisors and Associates in Value Stream Mapping, Kaizen Events and Blitzes, 5S, Line Balancing, Factory Floor Layout, Visual Factory, Pull Systems, Standardized Work, Employee Empowerment, etc. Will work with each department to improve processes both transactional and on the factory floor.

KEY REQUIREMENTS

BS or BA in Business or technical.
Must have had significant experience leading and facilitating in a Lean Manufacturing environment.
Experience leading Kaizen Events and as a team member.
DMAIC/Six Sigma a plus.
Must he a high potential candidate capable of vertical career growth.
