Pilgrim's Pride is seeking a Hatchery Supervisor for 2nd shift at Athens Live Complex in Athens, GA. This position must perform the following job duties.

1) Keep records to ensure the Maintenance programs are kept up to date.
2) Book out Chick loads and enter data into spreadsheets.
3) Insure proper procedures are performed for Egg Turning (Inovoject process).
4) Conduct safety meetings with Hatchery employees and drivers.
5) Supervise 10 employees and work with Maintenance employees and Contract crew.
6) Must be able to communicate in English both verbally and written.
7) Bilingual Spanish a plus.
REQUIREMENTS
Basic Qualifications:

1) High School Graduate
2) Previous Supervisory experience
3) Maintenance and Mechanical knowledge
4) Ability to work weekends
