One of the coolest, “up and coming” agencies is looking for a cool big player. This job provides a large set of shoes to fill, but it’s also a very fun position. Our client is a successful, growing 100 person advertising agency with multiple locations, looking for a corporate-wide Sr. V.P. of Operations. It’s a job for a big fish in a medium-sized pond.

Position will include a key position on the executive management team, responsibility for strategic planning, organizational structure, staffing and compensation plans and working with other senior management on plans and opportunities for growth.

Our client is a mid-sized player, with a strong foothold in the marketplace, but yet new enough, small enough, happy enough and comfortable enough with its own culture to be a great place to work. By the way, headquarters is in a beautiful location, and there is an opportunity for full North American responsibility.

The position reports to the CEO.
REQUIREMENTS
Requirements:

At least 10 years of relevant work experience.
Proven track record in an agency setting.
Cross industry experience is helpful but not required.
Must have significant organizational management and leadership experience.
Business to business marketing experience is a plus.
