GENERAL MANAGER......Strong Company

Strong, growing Tier One automotive manufacturer has an opening for an experienced Tier One General Manager at one of their plants in a SUNBELT STATE....(this opening is NOT located in Michigan).... This position is becoming available due an internal promotion of the current General Manager. The person selected for this opening will be over all functions of this plant and will report directly to the corporate Vice President.

The company provides an excellent salary package, company car, strong bonus potential and full relocation.

REQUIREMENTS
Qualified candidates will need to have the following:

Ability to relocate since this position is NOT in Michigan…it is in a Sunbelt State
BS/BA, prefer Masters
Strong experience as a General Manager in a Tier 1, 2 or 3 manufacturing plant
Excellent people and communication skills
Experience with Six Sigma, Lean and TS 16949
